Feature and polish update for Minecraft 1.21.1 with NeoForge.

Added

• Added mouse wheel scrolling for the recent search popup when the entry list is longer than the visible limit.
• Added favorite entry reordering by long-press dragging.
• Added visual feedback for favorite drag interactions: a ready color after the long-press delay and a separate active drag color while moving.
• Added in-terminal settings for mouse wheel scrolling and favorite drag reordering.

Fixed

• Fixed the AE2 search field staying focused in a stuck state after JEI search interactions and blank-area clicks.

Changed

• Improved the recent search settings layout to keep text inside the AE2-style settings panel.
• Shortened setting hint text to reduce wrapping and prevent overflow.
• Keyboard navigation now keeps the selected entry visible when moving through a scrolled list.
• Favorite searches keep their manual order when reused.

新增

• 最近搜索弹窗支持鼠标滚轮滚动，收藏或历史记录较多时不会再遮挡后续内容。
• 收藏词条支持长按拖动排序。
• 收藏拖动增加视觉反馈：长按达到可拖动状态后会变色，实际拖动时会显示另一种高亮颜色。
• 终端设置界面新增“滚轮”和“收藏拖动”独立开关。

修复

• 修复 JEI 搜索后点击空白处，AE2 搜索框仍保持焦点并进入输入无效状态的问题。

调整

• 优化最近搜索设置界面布局，减少文字超出面板的问题。
• 缩短设置提示文案，降低换行溢出的概率。
• 键盘上下选择时，会自动滚动到当前选中的词条。
• 已收藏搜索词再次使用时不再打乱手动排序。
