Distribution and metadata

• Preserved all Japanese localization and Japanese AE2 Guide pages from r7.
• Clarified that this is an independent, unofficial Forge 1.20.1 port.
• Removed download badges that could be mistaken for this port's distribution
  pages but linked to the upstream NeoForge project.
• Changed the source license metadata to the SPDX identifier
  LGPL-3.0-only.
• Restricted the declared Minecraft, Forge, and AE2 dependency ranges to the
  versions supported and tested by this port.
• Removed obsolete LaunchWrapper Mixin attributes from the JAR manifest.
• Separated the slim development JAR from the distributable Jar-in-Jar artifact
  and reobfuscated the final artifact through the matching Gradle task.
• Added an English CurseForge description and a submission checklist.

There are no gameplay or recipe changes in r8.
