AE2 Crafting Time

### ADDED

- Get a private alert when your craft becomes delayed, runs out of power, or has no output space.
- Click the item in an alert, or double-click a delayed row in Crafting Status, to locate its Pattern Provider with a temporary rainbow highlight.
- Active delayed statuses and provider locations now survive reconnects and world reloads.
- Startup logs now report installed versions and which supported integrations are active, pending, skipped, or unavailable.

### FIXED

- Provider highlights now appear even when Crafting Status is closed and clear correctly when the craft finishes or the provider is broken.
- Provider highlights now respect foreground blocks, and their edge and face markers use the correct lifetimes.

### IMPROVED

- TTC text now uses normal weight, and the delayed tooltip is more compact.

### ADDED

- With GuideME installed, you can craft an optional English or Ukrainian AE2 Crafting Time guide book that explains your first estimate.
