AE2 Crafting Time

### ADDED

- Crafting status rows now show "NO SPACE" when a finished item is stuck in the Crafting CPU because ME storage can't accept it.
- Crafting status rows now show "NO PROVIDER" when scheduled work has no connected Pattern Provider offering its pattern.
- Crafting status rows now show "NO POWER" when the ME network can't supply enough energy to dispatch the next batch.

### CHANGED

- Supported optional integrations are selected once at startup. Older supported variants remain available, and an integration stays disabled if no packaged variant matches the installed addon.
- Update AE2 Crafting Time on both the server and clients together. This release changes the crafting-status network protocol.
