AE2 Crafting Recovery 0.6.1-beta

• Add a Recalculate button beside UELM's Suspend and Cancel controls in the crafting CPU window.
• Route manual recalculation through AE2's server-authoritative menu action system.
• Preserve requester ownership, CPU inventory, CPU assignment, and elapsed time by reusing the in-place full-replan path.
• Temporarily stop new pattern pushes during manual recalculation without persisting AE2's suspended state.
• Treat already-dispatched machine outputs as reserved future stock and transfer their waiting ledger to the replacement plan.
• Refuse manual recalculation while forced-start external inputs are outstanding.
• Record manual requests and refusal reasons in the recovery diagnostic log and show immediate feedback to the requesting player.
