AE2 Crafting Optimizer

Forge 1.20.1 / Java 17 experimental beta. Update client and server together (crafting protocol 5).

• Minimum-only dependency admission: AE2 15.4.10+, including 15.4.11. Minecraft/Forge ranges and structural API/Mixin checks remain. Future binary compatibility is not guaranteed.
• Exact crafting-amount expressions including 2^63-1, 2^63 and 10^1024-1, with BigInteger packets, confirmation/back/replan state and existing Exact Count limits.
• Current bundled native BigInteger VM, optional bounded profiler, explicitly armed read-only VM/AE2 replay, and exact rational arithmetic fast paths. AE2 owns its calculation worker pool.
• Physical execution, power, reservation, progress and refunds remain AE2/external-CPU owned. InsaneAE itself is not modified.

Validation: clean Java17 build on AE2 15.4.11; 996 JUnit cases, zero failures/errors, eight optional skips; 16/16 real AE2 GameTests; bundle/license and regression checks; GitHub CI builds pass on AE2 15.4.10, 15.4.11 and UELM.

Production GUI interaction, industrial latency/TPS, huge physical CPU completion and refund/restart recovery remain unverified. This is not stable 2.0.0, and no TPS improvement is claimed. Forge only; no NeoForge parity claim. Do not install duplicate copies of the embedded VM.
