ACO 2.0.0 Snapshot refs.8 - NeoForge 1.21.1

Alpha snapshot. Not a stable release.

Ported from Forge 1.20.1 refs.8 (f93adc1). The BigInteger VM is bundled; do not install another VM separately.

• VM planning and exact accounting from refs.8, adapted to AE2 19 data components and stock acquisition.
• Preserved public BigInteger API compatibility.
• No ACO throughput caps on ordinary AE2 / Pattern Provider dispatch.
• Updated supported GTCEu and Mekanism recipe-intent lookup targets.
• Updated English/Japanese description.

Requires Minecraft 1.21.1, NeoForge 21.1.247+, Java 21 and AE2 19.2.17 (19.x). Install the same ACO file on client and server.

Local quantity, ABI and bundle checks passed. Client/server startup and industrial acceptance on this port remain unverified. Wide-job completion, cancellation/refunds, restart recovery, simultaneous orders and sub-10-second planning are not guaranteed. The reference Forge CI still has two failing GameTests (aco_vm_ae2_lifecycle, aco_vm_substitution_queries); this port does not claim to fix them. Back up worlds before testing.

Forge 1.20.1 refs.8を正として移植したNeoForge 1.21.1用Alphaです。VMは同梱済みです。通常搬入出に独自の速度制限は加えません。 数量・API互換・同梱物の検証は通過していますが、本移植の実機起動・工業環境受入は未確認です。巨大注文の完了、取消返却、再起動復旧、同時注文、10秒未満の計画計算を保証する安定版ではありません。移植元Forge CIに残る2件のGameTest失敗も解決済みとは扱いません。
