Description

AE2 Additions is an add-on mod for Applied Energistics 2 that focuses on storage expansion and integration with other mods such as Sophisticated Backpacks, Bountiful (Bounty Boards), and JEI (Just Enough Items).

The mod currently includes a Creative Infinite Item Storage Cell and adds various backpack integration items based on the AE2 network, designed to expand item access methods and terminal interaction capabilities.

Main Features

Creative Infinite Item Storage Cell

The mod provides a Creative Infinite Item Storage Cell.

This item can be connected to an AE2 network and offers unlimited item storage capacity. After specifying an item to be stored, the AE2 network will continuously support access to that item. It is ideal for creative mode testing, building, or automation debugging.

Sophisticated Backpacks Integration

When Sophisticated Backpacks is installed, the mod provides a set of AE2 integration upgrades, allowing some backpack functions to connect to a bound AE2 network.

These upgrades are designed around the concept of "accessing the AE2 network through the backpack" and can be used to expand the backpack's capabilities in item processing, interaction, and auxiliary operations.

Integration Details

With Sophisticated Backpacks

When Sophisticated Backpacks is installed, the mod provides various AE2 integration upgrade items, enabling some backpack upgrade abilities to work with the AE2 network.

This includes integration features related to item picking, pickup, magnet, refill, and feeding. Before use, the corresponding upgrade usually needs to be bound to the AE2 network.

With Sophisticated Backpacks and Bountiful

When both Sophisticated Backpacks and Bountiful are installed, the mod additionally provides a Bounty Board upgrade.

After installing this upgrade, when submitting a bounty, items can be taken directly from the AE2 network to fulfill the requirements, without needing to have the required items in the player's inventory or current container.

With Sophisticated Backpacks and JEI

When both Sophisticated Backpacks and JEI are installed, the Pickup Upgrade can further interact with the JEI interface.

When the integration conditions are met, players can request corresponding items from the AE2 network directly through item entries in the JEI interface, extending the functionality of the terminal pickup feature.

Additional Notes

Some features of this mod depend on the integration environment provided by other mods.

• If Sophisticated Backpacks is not installed, the related backpack upgrade features will not work.
• If Bountiful or JEI is not installed, the corresponding extended integration features will not be available.

联动说明

安装精妙背包

安装 精妙背包 后，模组会提供多种 AE2 联动升级物品，使部分背包升级能力与 AE2 网络协同工作。

其中包含与物品选取、拾取、磁铁、补货、进食等功能相关的联动内容。使用前通常需要先将对应升级绑定到 AE2 网络。

安装精妙背包与悬赏板

同时安装 精妙背包 与 悬赏板 后，模组会额外提供悬赏板升级。

安装该升级后，提交悬赏令时可直接使用 AE2 网络中的物品完成需求，而不必将所需物品预先放入玩家背包或当前容器中。

安装精妙背包与 JEI 物品管理器

同时安装 精妙背包 与 JEI物品管理器 后，选取升级可进一步与 JEI 界面联动。

在满足联动条件时，玩家可通过 JEI 界面中的物品条目直接请求 AE2 网络中的对应物品，从而扩展终端选取功能的使用范围。

补充说明

本模组的部分内容依赖其他模组提供的联动环境。

• 若未安装 精妙背包，则相关背包升级内容不会生效；
• 若未安装 悬赏板 或 JEI 物品管理器，对应的扩展联动内容也不会提供。
