[Bugfix] Player were unable to wake up from bed if the weather was heavy.
[Added] AdvanceTime API 1.1 for modders who want to be AdvanceTime compatible.
Caveats
- NEI: Not Enough Items - displays incorrect date and does not change time
- TMI: TooManyItems - does not change time, unless server is running 24000 day length tick
- Most mods will display time incorrectly if the day length is other than 24000 ticks
