2.2 - 26.x support and improvements

This update brings support for 26.2 for all platforms and experimental paper builds (thanks to DaMarine) as well as some bug fixes regarding command registration.

On plugin servers based on Paper (not proxies, Spigot servers nor modded servers) you can now change ServerLinks dialog's title and the text on the pause menu button. This feature is only available on servers running Paper 1.21.7 or newer.
