- Solar array and basicGenerator JEI
- Solar Arrays now require all 63 panels
  - Added configurable Earth surface output and final maximum output. Sol reaches the maximum; Array output no longer uses solarGeneratorMultiplier.

  - Added meta wildcard for config (minecraft:stone:*)
  - Change default burntime to 100 ticks (down from 500)
  - Default burntimes add meta wildcard
