- Rocket
  - Fixed seat and passenger placement on built rocket
  - Tooltip for fuelbars in GUI
  
- Rocket Assembler GUI overhaul
  - Make GUI actually useful
  - Improved Rocket Assembler stat sync, consistency and flickering GUI preview.
  - Fixed rocket gravity checks. Rockets now use the source dimension gravity.
  - Fixed weight, thrust, acceleration, and fuel display in the assembler GUI.
  - Fixed launching from spacestation using planet orbit height for fuel checks.
  - Fixed assembling a 2nd, 3rd, 4th.... station-module with Station Assembler wronlgy consumning the chip
  - Fixed Building status errorcode not getting overwritten by sync
    - removed verbose syncing for proper syncinglogic

- Weight Engine
  - Reduced Weight of Fuel by ~0.5x for better scaling
  - Tuned other rocket components weights
  - Satellite Components have different weights, the best satellites will now require bigger rockets to reach orbit, while weaker satellites is cheaper

- Filtered Slots QoL *(requires LibVulpes 0.5.4)*:
  - Added slot filtering and tooltip feedback where relevant:

- Improved unprogrammed satellite launches:

- Upgraded the Biome Scanner:
  - Now requires power
  - Improved GUI
- Observatory asteroid composition values now render above the rotating block previews
- Centrifuge and Rolling Machine now accepting anyBlock where AIR was required
- Fuel station:
  - Increase tank size to 10000mb
  - Correctly load transfer-rate from config
  - Increase default to 20mb per tick (up from 10mb)
- Fixed a Terraforming Terminal NPE
