Advanced Lootable Weapons [Lootable Update!]

Key Differences:- ALW Version 1.3.1-1.12.2 will NOT have the ability to use Pyrotech bellows for the forges.- ALW RotN has Pyrotech as a hard dependency. Regular ALW does not need Pyrotech

**Note that both ALW and ALW RotN will be continually updated and supported here for the foreseeable future!**
Patch notes:- Added compatibility so ALW bellows work for Pyrotech purposes and Pyrotech bellows can heat ALW forges. This is the reason that Pyrotech becomes a hard dependency for ALW RotN.

The fine creators of that pack have commissioned me to add a couple of modular things into ALW, such as CraftTweaker and ContentTweaker compatibility, as well as compatibility between the ALW bellows and the bellows from both Better With Mods and Pyrotech.
