Adds an upgrade called the "Advanced Upgrade" to Functional Storage.
Upgrade allows for customizable per-slot limits, as well as per-slot voiding.
Works on all drawers except for Ender Drawers, and Compacting Drawers, with compacting drawer support coming soon.
Currently also doesn't support any custom drawer types.
