The "Long Hiatus" Update:
-updated RF API to latest version
-changed name from gggamer to darklordwonton
-added Forge Energy support
-added recipes for all cables (will not work without certain resources being available)
-added tooltips to all cables
-slightly extended maximum shock radius (from 0.5 blocks from to 0.75 blocks)
-adjusted melting behaviour to be more logical (as opposed to every other cable melting in some cases)
-I am declaring that the mod is now in beta
