2.3.1 - The Texture Update!

So, I'm back with the first update for this in almost two years, but why? Well, as you should know, I was working on a replacement for AdvanceBase for 1.14.x and Above called ADG Resources. However, I would still like to maintain AdvanceBase on 1.12.2 for as long as I can. In addition, I am studying Computer Science in college now, and now that I have a much more formal understanding of Java (rather than self-taught stuff) I would like to release AdvanceBase 3.0, a Complete Rewrite of the mod, at some point. Anyways, here's the Changelog.

Updated Forge to version 2847

Made New Textures for all Dusts, Nuggets, and Plates.
