Adds the world generation behind Create:Adrift floating islands:
- The island cells and the difficulty tiers that divide them
- Structures that only generate on solid ground, never in the void, and never on top of each other
- Sky gates: huge portal rings in the sky and the only way into the Nether, which is rebuilt as
floating islands as well
- Oil fields to drill with Create: Diesel Generators
