Adrift Graple Tuning

Part of the Create: Adrift modpack, where its defaults are tuned for crossing gaps between floating islands and ships.

Create: Adrift ships two grappling mods, Grappling Hook Mod: Skybound and Create Grappling Hooks. This mod makes them behave as one system:

• One config file for both, including values the two mods hardcode: rope length, launch speed, hook durability and climb speed
• An in-game config screen, from the mod list
• Long ropes by default (70 blocks for Skybound, 160 for Create), fast hooks and low swing gravity
• Keybinds to reel a Create rope in and out (Shift + W / Shift + S)
• A range reticle, so you can see whether the hook will reach before you throw it
• Both mods' ropes can be used at once, and hooks survive switching items
