ADQ Tweaks 1.0.0 — First release
- Replaces ADQ/TNM's native quest-location search with bounded, no-force-load generation, and caches pickup and delivery spots for later use.
- Honors ADQ's distance, board, template, fixed-coordinate, and location-mode configuration.
- Adds village-aware and surface-safe route selection with a persistent mode-aware structure cache (after it is altered by a player).
- Adds cargo lifecycle, reward-integrity, optional PvP, objective tracking, and delivery visibility improvements.
- Adds administrator commands under `/adq_tweaks`, including a separate debug-only test route.
Requires Aeronautics Delivery Quests 1.1.0 on Minecraft 1.21.1 NeoForge.
