What's new
- Add Creative Buyer and Creative Seller. Can be placed as "unclaimed" machines, with a locked recipe that bypasses permits
- add "lockedRecipe" block tag to stop players from changing the selected recipe if set
- add "claim on first use" feature for machines that were created without owner such as by /setblock or placed creative machines
