This mod adds Dirt and Obsidian versions of the following tools: sword, axe, pickaxe, shovel, and hoe. Dirt tools are crafted using standard recipes, simply substituting the usual materials (like cobblestone) with dirt. Obsidian tools are created using a Smithing Table by combining a Diamond tool with a Netherite Upgrade smithing template. Each tool is repaired using its respective material—dirt or obsidian. The Obsidian tools possess special abilities. For the Obsidian Sword and Axe, holding a piece of obsidian in your off-hand and right-clicking while wielding the tool consumes 10 obsidian; this increases the sword's attack damage by 1 and gives it a 50% chance to drop obsidian when killing a mob. Attack speed increases by 0.2 for both the sword and the axe. The Obsidian Pickaxe causes an extra piece of obsidian to drop when mining. With the Obsidian Hoe, you can determine the tilling area (ranging from 1x1 to 10x10) by holding Shift and right-clicking. If the tilled area is 3x3 or larger and the soil fails to hydrate over time, a water source is automatically placed in the center.
