ADCustom Discord Relay 0.2.0
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
ADCustom Discord Relay: 0.1.0 → 0.2.0
0.2.0
- Add automatic cross-server chat between Minecraft servers using the same Discord channel, with support for shared or separate Discord bot accounts.
- Add a configurable server prefix through
/discordrelay config server. - Send cross-server chat as normal Discord messages formatted as
***[Server]*** Player: message, with a bold italic prefix, plain player name and message, and no relay card or footer. - Accept server prefixes with or without brackets. Escape player text, suppress mentions and link previews, and safely shorten long messages.
- Add an incoming cross-server chat template supporting
{server},{name},{message}and colour/style tags. The default uses a dark-aqua prefix, yellow player name and white message. - Add separate personal visibility and formatting controls for cross-server chat.
- Prevent messages from echoing back to their source, including when servers share a bot account or use identical prefixes. Continue skipping existing history after reconnecting or saving settings.
- Keep private/team chat, commands, join/leave notices, command results, unrelated bot messages and webhooks outside cross-server chat.
- Preserve the existing outgoing Discord template when cross-server chat is disabled.
- Deliver server-formatted cross-server messages to clients without the mod. Clients with the updated mod can use personal settings.
- Preserve existing configurations, credentials, integration APIs and chat payloads. No world or configuration migration is required.
- Retain support for receiving messages from the earlier relay-card build while servers are updated.
- Add automated multi-server tests and Minecraft checks covering delivery, echo prevention, command restrictions, settings, clean shutdown and restart behaviour.
