Adaptive Optimization(reborn)

Reworked all the system and new method to optimize, using classgraph detect all minecraft elements accesible and optimize them but it doesnt change anything of the code of minecraft or mods all its planned to optimize indirectly, this version is not that all adaptive(future updates obviously will be) but it can improve performance very well, but idk if it cause lag spikes because its very hard for me to test my mod, my pc crash every time and also have fps problems, you can comment if you are seeing lag spikes while using my mod i will appreciate so much that help me a lot to know if my mod doesnt cause problems with performance or it cause problems.Also im uploading a new mod that its called sync fix, that fixes synchronization with server to client, and improves tick performance meaning that the mod can make old worlds work like the first time again(i tested by myself in a large modpack in a very lag world that i have been created since 4 weeks). Thanks to TishinaCentral because he help me a lot of doing some tests and let me update the mod more fast. THIS VERSION MAY HAVE ERRORS PLEASE USE THE PREVIOUS VERSION.
