Updated to 1.21.1 on NeoForge by Scott M. Barbour on Github.

Working: Upgrade tools and armor through material tiers, Adds copper tools and horse armor, netherite horse armor Not Working: Full repair settings, Quartzified swords enchantments

More: Currently the ability to fully repair a tool on easy/normal modes do not seem to work, nor does the ability to use a block at all whilst not on hard mode.

Basic functionality however, of being able to go through the tool tiers (wood -> stone -> copper -> iron -> gold -> diamond) and armor tiers (leather -> chain -> copper -> iron -> diamond) with ingots(iron nuggets, armor) (easy, normal settings) and blocks(chain item, armor) (hard mode only) and keeping enchantments during the upgrade is currently working

Currently quartzifing a sword only adds the sharpness enchantment if the sword is not otherwise enchanted. Wastes a quartz and gives you a "normal" version of the quartzified sword if it already has an enchantment
