This simple Fabric mod turns you into Sodium. If you touch water, you die instantly. If you stand in the rain, you die fairly quickly too.

Actual Sodium

Players react to water like actual sodium. Touching water kills instantly with an explosion and geyser. Rain deals recurring damage. Works on multiplayers server. Clients don't need the mod.
