Action Bar by Karl Karlmann

A utility mod that intercepts key state queries from other mods, routing them into three centralized action slots. It reduces keybind conflicts and provides a clean inventory UI to assign, bypass, or hide captured abilities.

What's new

## Changes
- Replaced the input interceptor system with an internal shadow key map.
- The modification now writes the initial key values to the options.txt file.
- Action bar slots now use the standard key routing of the game.
- Keys that are not in a slot and not bypassed are set to UNKNOWN to prevent key conflicts.
- Removed simulated clicks and polling loops to decrease processing load.
- Changed the displayTest property to IGNORE_ALL_VERSION in the configuration file.
- The modification operates only on the client and is compatible with all multiplayer servers.

## Corrections
- Corrected an error that caused a game crash during startup with Minecraft Forge.
- Corrected the key display in the controls menu to show the initial keys.
