- Scale far plane and fog to match region_keep_distance (rkd*16)
- Far plane now matches vanilla at 32 chunks, extends proportionally
- Fog culling only disabled when region_keep_distance > 32
- Fixes sun dog flickering with No Man's Land (#9)
Requires Sodium 0.8.12-beta.1 or newer. Not compatible with Sodium 0.6.x.
