AccessTweaks

A small update to the functionality of the Max Brightness module: now choose whether each individual dimension should be bright or not.

Note: if you previously installed AccessTweaks 2.0, you will need to delete the 'maxbrightness' line from your config file (found at minecraft/config/accesstweaks.cfg), or delete the whole config file, otherwise you will find strange settings when you go to edit the config options in-game.
