Accessories Compat: Vanilla

Wear an elytra and a Totem of Undying in Accessories slots. Accessories Compat: Vanilla merges Elytra Slot and Charm of Undying into one mod, built directly on the Accessories API, with the same features on NeoForge and Fabric.

Elytra, in the cape slot

Flies and wears down exactly as it would in the chest slot, so you can wear a chestplate at the same time. It is drawn with your own elytra or cape texture, hides your cape, and respects the slot's visibility toggle and cosmetic slots. Elytras from Deeper Darker, Mekanism, Lil' Wings and several other mods work too.

Totem of Undying, in the charm slot

Saves you from death without being held, with the full activation animation, statistics and advancement of a held totem. It is drawn on your chest, and its position can be adjusted in config/accessoriescompatvanilla-client.json.

No Caelus needed

On NeoForge, flight works without Caelus API, and leaves other elytra mods like Do Another Barrel Roll free to decide when a glide starts.

Requirements

Minecraft 1.21.1, Accessories 1.1.0-beta.53 or newer, and either NeoForge 21.1.250 or newer, or Fabric Loader with Fabric API. Needed on both the client and the server. Do not install alongside Elytra Slot or Charm of Undying.
