    - Mobs cannot get skills whose probability is 0.
    - Reducing the damage and range of ThunderClap.
    - Meltdowner needs 3 seconds to prepare, while you can hear the sound of preparing.
    - It will add Mobs skill(s) following the skill tree.

    - Add new skills: Ground Shock, Shift Teleport, Location Teleport
    - Ability Interferer Block can influences Mobs.
    - Mobs will drop induction factor if it have rare skill.
