Abyssoul's Wildlife is a mod that adds a variety of distinctive creatures, along with useful tools, weapons, and armor to Minecraft. It also introduces several challenging and rewarding BOSS entities for the late game. The mod aims to enrich Minecraft's ecosystem and make the player's experience more engaging. Most of the creatures in the mod feature unique resource drops or can be tamed, offering valuable assistance in survival mode.
When a player enters a new world, they will receive a mod guidebook (Abyssoul's Wildlife Guidebook), which contains important information about the creatures added by the mod—including attributes, behavior patterns, and resource drops. The guidebook is very helpful for getting started with the mod. If you happen to lose it, you can craft a new one using a book.

The majority of the mobs in this mod are based on real-life animals. They are broadly categorized into four groups based on their habitats:
• Terrestrial (e.g., reindeer, brown bear, honey badger, Siberian tiger, elephant, buffalo, African lion, etc.)

• Aquatic (e.g., alligator gar, arapaima, great white shark, orca, sailfish, tuna, giant grouper, sperm whale, humpback whale, etc.)

• Amphibious (e.g., elephant seal, saltwater crocodile)

• Flying (e.g., Andean condor, golden eagle)

It's worth noting that many creature drops are not obtained by killing them, but are naturally dropped while they are alive, or require interacting with them in other ways.
Currently, the mod also includes some fictional creatures. These generally serve as mini-bosses or bosses and are mostly encountered in the late game. Defeating them yields rare materials.

Most resources obtained from the mod's creatures are quite useful in survival mode. You can acquire food, craft practical and interesting tools, as well as powerful weapons and armor.

Notes:
• The mod is currently developed with the help of MCreator.
• The mod does not currently include, nor plans to include, any arthropod-based entities.
• Almost all real-life animals in the mod are designed to be either friendly or neutral toward the player, with only a few of them potentially attacking under specific conditions. However, please note that interacting with wild animals in real life is dangerous.
• The mod includes a configuration file that allows adjusting creature spawn weights, options affecting entity behavior, and various other settings.
• The boss battle music tracks in this mod are sourced from:
Ancient Leshen: "Skellige Battle" from The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Original Soundtrack
Herculodon: "Ancient Guardian" from Minecraft Dungeons: Hidden Depths (Original Game Soundtrack)
• This is my first released mod. It still has many imperfections and will be updated over time. I would greatly appreciate feedback and suggestions from anyone who plays the mod.
