Fixed Possible Abuse Case Scenarios:
Velocity abuse with F8 button while in the air, player must now be grounded to force a Resync.
Hunger health and Saturation are now Reset to previous values Before Resync.
Debuffs and cooldown applied to the F8 Key to deter a spam of the Forced Resync Incase future abuse cases are found.
Added an Auto Sync(does not debuff) When Changing Dimensions.
