## Major Changes
- fixed explosions and hitscans being able to break blocks that the user shouldn't be allowed to break
- fixed punching being possible in spectator
- fixed blood fluid particles
- added ripples and sound to skimming over fluids
- fixed broken death message for Shockwaves without owner
## Tweaks
- buffed damage of parried machineswords towards Swordsmachine
- buffed damage of Core Eject alt fire
- nerfed damage of slams if they're done too quickly
- added a short cooldown for jumping to prevent slam-spam
## minor fixes
- made Hell Bullet and Cerberus Ball hitboxes more accurate
- finally added glass panes to the fragile block tag
- made skulls wearable (please don't report the transformation)
- disabled wall-jump cap when in creative
- punching now only sets enemies on fire when holding skulls
