Makes The Nether Roof a place you actually want to go.

Adds New Nether Stuff [ Specificallythe Roof ]
- - - Basalt Golem, made by putting 1 basalt block, soul sand on top of that and another basalt block on the soul sand, When right-clicked will open a chest-like gui, so basically its an entity chest.
  - - Nether Roof Transmitter
  - - Overworld transmitter
  - - New Giant structure that repeats and covers the whole Nether roof
  - -New painting "Roof City"
- Other
  - - - Empty Leather Flask
    - - Full (Dirty) Leather Flask
    - - Full (Clean) Leather Flask
    - - Physical stick that when broken becomes a normal stick
    - - Recipe to turn Wool into String
