AAP - Another Admin Panel

• /aap invsee <player>. The live inventory view was only reachable through the panel; it now has a command of its own. Both go through the same code, so the permission check, the title and the spectator handling cannot drift apart. Online players only, since the view mirrors a running player's container rather than a stored copy.

Changed

• Opening an inventory or an ender chest is now audited. Neither was recorded, although both can take items out of a player's storage. The entry is written when the view opens, from the shared open path, so the panel button and the command are covered alike. The ender-chest entry says live or offline, since only the live view can move anything.
