A7 Armor Auras

Adds craftable aura charms that can buff the player or debuff nearby mobs. Charms can be added to armor.
What's new
- Added config option for XP cost to apply a charm to armor
- All tool tips are now affected by language files, allowing for complete translation.
- Added Fatty Mode, and config toggle, changing "Slowness" to "Fatness" (Also affected by lang files)
