Origins and powers:

Ghastling: While most Ghastlings stay in the Nether, a very few decide to leave and explore the Overworld.
Fireball: Launch fireballs at your foes. Activatable by your primary power key.
Gaseous: You are made mostly of gas, making you extremely lightweight.
Hidden Strength: Ghastlings. Mysterious, under-explored creatures. Ghastlings have a hidden strength that no one knows about, most likely due to never fighting them in close-ranged combat. Despite being ghostlike, Ghastlings are strong and deal an astonishing 4 more damage.
Hover: Upon pressing your pick block key twice while falling or levitating, you'll become level in the air.
Levitation: Ghastlings can levitate. Usable by secondary power key.

Shulk: Related to Shulkers, the bodies of the Shulk have a protective shell-like skin.
Shulk Bullets: You can launch bullets at your enemies that make them levitate. Activatable with your primary power key.
Shulk Inventory: You have access to an additional 9 slots of inventory, which keeps items on death. Openable by your secondary power key.
Strong Arms: You're strong enough to break natural stones without using a pickaxe. You also deal an additional 4 damage.
Sturdy Skin: Even without wearing armor, your skin provides natural protection.

Arachnid: Their climbing abilities and their ability to trap their foes in spiderwebs make the Arachnid perfect hunters.
Climbing: You can climb up any block. Toggle-able with primary power key.
Diet: You can consume raw meat and get extra nutrition from it.
Graceful: You never take fall damage, no matter which height you fall.
Night Vision: You can see in the dark better.
Sharp Fangs: Because of your sharp fangs, your attacks deal an additional 4 damage.
Spider Sense: You can sense entities around you.
Master of Webs: You climb and navigate cobwebs perfectly. When you hit an enemy in melee, they get stuck in a cobweb for a while. Also, non-arthropods stuck in cobwebs will be sensed by you. You can craft cobwebs with string as well.
Venomous Bite: Your attacks have a chance to inflict poison upon enemies.

Banshee: Banshees are mythological creatures known for their cries that can shatter glass.
Ethereal: Banshees possess the ability to become intangible at will, meaning they can't be affected by foes. Of course, this comes with a cooldown. Activatable with your secondary power key.
Hexed: Banshees have the ability to curse entities. Every time they're hit there's a small chance that the attacker will be consigned to the fate of a slow, agonizing death.
Sonic Shriek: Banshees are renowned for their supersonic cries, which can cause blood vessels to burst. Press your primary power key, and for a short time, you'll find yourself dealing far more damage.

Dragonkin: All but one of the Great Dragons left the End. Where they went is unknown. What we do know is you were born of them.
Aerial Combatant: You deal substantially more damage while in Elytra flight.
Burning Wrath: While on fire you deal additional damage.
Winged: You have Elytra wings without needing to equip any.
Feather Footed: You no longer take fall damage.
Fire Immunity: You're immune to all types of fire damage.
Fireball: Launch fireballs at your foes. Activatable by your primary power key.
Hotblooded: Due to your hot body, instead of venom poisoning you, it burns up, so you're immune to poison. You're also immune to hunger status effects.
Gift of the Winds: You can launch about 20 blocks up into the air. Usable by your secondary power key.
Oviparous: Whenever you wake up in the morning, you will lay an egg.
Reborn Magic: The dragon egg emits some sort of familiar magic, making you stronger near it.
Resistant Skin: Your resistant skin allows you to take a few more hits, so you have 3+ hearts.
Sharp Claws: Your extremely sharp claws allow you to deal 4 more damage every hit.
Sturdy Scales: Your scales make you have natural, permanent armor points.
Tailwind: You're a little bit faster than others.

Duel Master: You're experienced, skilled, and confident. Anyone who dares to challenge you is always defeated.
Adrenaline: In your dying moments (4 or fewer hearts), your body releases adrenaline, causing each of your attacks to deal 2 more damage.
Combustion: Anyone hit by you is set on fire.
Experienced: Because of your experience you know the best place to strike, so you deal 4+ damage.
Immunity: Whenever you press your primary power key, you'll become immune to all damage for 1 second. This ability has a 2-second cooldown.
Life Steal: Every kill regenerates a heart of your health.

Wolf Phantom: You have the prowess of a wolf but also that of a phantom.
Alpha: Tamed wolves get boosted stats while around you.
Diet: You can consume raw meat and get extra nutrition from it.
I am speed: You're fast due to your lean stature.
Invisibility: While you're phantomized you're invisible.
Night Vision: You can see in the dark better.
Phasing: You can walk through solid blocks while phantomized.
Phantom Form: You can switch between human and phantom form at will, but only while you're saturated enough to sprint.
Stony Gaze: When a mob attacks you, there's a chance for it to freeze in place for a short time.
Wolflike Strength: You're stronger due to your wolf counterpart, allowing you to deal 5 more damage.

End Stone Golem: A very dangerous End creature that has skin made of end stone.
Catapult: You can slam the ground with your primary power key, launching everyone in a 10-block radius into the sky (5-second cooldown).
End Stone Repairs: When you're hungry, you can eat end stone by right clicking it.
Familiar Crafting: You are very familiar with crafting eyes of ender, so you can make 2 of them with the same materials.
Heavy Weight: Your heavy arms allow you to punch harder, dealing 3 more damage.

Merling: A half fish and half-human creature. It has the tail of a fish but also the body of a human.
Amphibious: You can breathe in both land and water.
Aqua Affinity: You may break blocks underwater as others do on land.
Enhanced Swimming: Because of your fishtail, you're able to swim exceedingly fast. You also have night vision.
Fish Diet: You have adapted to get more nutrition out of all types of fish, cooked or not.
Like Water: When underwater, you don't sink to the ground unless you want to.
Ocean Home: Because you were born in the sea, you spawn near shipwrecks.
Resistant to Resistance: Living in water for so long has made you strong due to the resistance. You're now way stronger than the average human, dealing a massive 7 more damage.
