Playable Kingdom origins and Religion selection
Regional NPCs including Lords, Guards, and Blacksmiths
Data-driven castles spread across the world
Hireable and upgradeable troops with commander controls
Ships, camps, and claimable player settlements
House-themed armor sets, capes, weapons, and tools
Quests, journal tracking, skills, and reputation

Blacksmith Minigame & Armor Tiers 1.1.0-beta
Blacksmithing now uses a small timing minigame: strike with the hammer as the marker passes the sweet spot to improve the result. Better timing gives better item tiers, while harder recipes can take longer to finish depending on their crafting speed.
Crafted armor and gear can roll quality tiers from bad to legendary, changing the final item stats and durability. That means two items from the same recipe can come out with different results depending on how well the smithing attempt went.
Current Features
A custom Westeros-inspired realm AGoB includes a custom world setup built around a large map instead of normal biome noise. Regions are placed intentionally, with unique biomes spanning northern snowfields, the Vale, the Riverlands, the Westerlands, the Reach, Dorne, the Crownlands, Essos regions, and surrounding seas. The world is also expanding with stronger biome variety and more distinct regional terrain, making travel across the map feel more deliberate and recognizable.
Regional character identity Start by choosing a kingdom background and religion. Your choice affects presentation, spawn options, and starting setup, giving the early game a stronger faction identity.
Castles and regional power
world includes many castle locations with kingdom ownership, map support, and claim-related systems. Castles are part of the mod’s broader progression and faction structure rather than just decoration.
Troops and commander gameplay Recruit units tied to the great regions of the world, build a party, upgrade troops, and use commander controls to manage them more like a warband system than a vanilla pet/follower mechanic. Commander mode also supports formation placement, movement orders, charge commands, and direct target assignment for your units.
Ships, camps, and player settlements AGoB now includes large ships with custom sail cloth physics. Sails bend and settle with motion so ships feel heavier and more alive while traveling across open water. The mod also includes tent camps and player settlements. A tent placed on a 3x3 iron block foundation creates a protected player settlement claim, while kingdom claims remain tied to their own territorial structures.
Armor, capes, and equipment Faction gear continues to grow with more themed armor and weapons. House chestplates can now include animated capes, helping faction equipment stand out more clearly in motion. Copper equipment is also available, including tools, armor, and copper nuggets, adding another useful step to early progression.
Quests, reputation, and progression NPCs can offer quests through dialogue. Completing quests helps build progression through rewards, reputation, and skill growth, while the journal and guidebook support the player’s longer-term goals.
Blacksmithing AGoB includes custom blacksmith multiblocks, blacksmithing recipes, and faction-themed equipment progression, including Lannister gear and smithing tools.
Combat feel Better Combat Compat for Units and Player Helping swords, spears, hammers, and mounted fighters feel more appropriate in battle.
