Slender Man

Don't turn around, keep moving. Don't make a sound, keep quiet/ Why? Because Slender Man is now in your world.

This mod summons Slender Man. They act very similar to Endermen. You can hear their ambience music indicating they are nearby. Look them in the eye and they will chase after you and blind your vision. They are really dangerous so be careful when you encounter one. They spawn rarely in the forest at night. They can also be babies which are even more dangerous.

To access the file, extract the zip. Go into Slender Man folder, then go into builds and select Slender Man.mcaddon. Remember you need to have Minecraft Bedrock installed for this to work. Open Minecraft, go to a world you want to put the mob in and click on the pencil button to the right of your world to enter it's settings. Go to behavior packs and resource packs and activate the mob from there. They should appear in the forest at night and you should have a spawn egg.
