PVJ - EF Cobweb Compat

This is just a simple mod that makes it so if you're using Epic Fight mod. You can still break the naturally spawning cobwebs from Project Vibrant Journey.
This is a small compat I made for my mod pack. The one thing I never liked when using epic fight mod. Was that you couldn't break the naturally spawning cobwebs from Project Vibrant Journey. Cuz in my mod pack you could collect string and turn them into wool to make beds, or the sleeping bags from the comforts mod. But because of Epic Fight mods automatic mode switching. The naturally spawning cobwebs from PVJ couldn't be broken cuz you were stuck in combat mod. But this mod is made to solve that problem.
