Netherite Dragonsteel Datapack for Ice and Fire

Uses netherite instead of iron for all the Ice and Fire dragonsteel ingot recipes.
For those who feel that dragonsteel is a bit too easy to obtain.
To install:
1. Download .zip file for the version you want (do not extract it)
2. Move or copy the .zip file into your datapacks folder
3. Use the /reload command or restart your game if changes do not apply
Tested on 1.16.5 and 1.20.1.
The Ice and Fire mod must be installed for this to work
