Hopper speed controller (experimental)

A mod that can control a hopper to your liking, and its custom so 1-64 blocks are available
If theirs a mod for for presets on the speed of hoppers. Why not make an addon that you can control personally. (Warning!! This mod is still at experimental stage, so expect bugs, lags or stuff breaking). And to add it to your minecraft, first rename it, by removing the .zip at the end and only leaving the .mcaddon before clicking it to open.
