open the zip and take the behavior pack and take the resource packs and put it on C:\Users\{yourUsername}\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojang\resource_packs and put the behavior pack on this folder C:\Users\{yourUsername}\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojang\behavior_packs or rename the .zip to .mcaddon you can do the  rename the .zip to mcaddon in mobile and pc but open the zip and take the behavior pack and take the resource packs and put it on C:\Users\{yourUsername}\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojang\resource_packs and put the behavior pack on this folder C:\Users\{yourUsername}\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojang\behavior_packs -> this thing it is for pc and the rename the .zip to a .mcaddon its is for mobile phone and pc
