It's a Jujutsu kaisen: Cursed fate mod Addon that adds binding vows between people and etc, its the early early version, nothing too major.
What's new
added vows:
/makevow technique seal <backlash> — old behavior, unchanged, just needs "seal" now
/makevow technique domain — new Domain Block vow, no args
/makevow party <player> shared-pain — no backlash needed
/makevow party <player> mutual-aid — no backlash needed
/makevow end (party vow ender, temporary for this version)
