Cobblemon Herding has officially been added as a Cobblemon addon for Minecraft 1.20.1.

Added

  • Natural Cobblemon Herd Spawning
    Cobblemon can now naturally spawn in herds throughout the world.
    This makes wild encounters feel more alive instead of every Cobblemon appearing alone.

 

  • Evolution-Based Herd Leaders
    Higher evolution Cobblemon can spawn as the leader of a herd.
    Lower evolution Cobblemon will spawn nearby as followers.


  • Middle Evolution Leaders
    Middle-stage evolutions can also lead earlier evolution forms.
    This adds more variety to herd encounters and makes evolution lines feel connected.

 

  • Extra Lower Evolution Followers
    Additional lower evolution Cobblemon can spawn around the herd leader.
    This helps herds feel more natural, active, and believable.

 

  • Configurable Herd Spawn Chance
    A config option has been added for players and server owners.
    Herd spawn chances can be adjusted to control how often herds appear naturally.

 

  • World-Wide Cobblemon Support
    The herding system works with Cobblemon throughout the world.
    Players have more chances to find evolution-based groups while exploring.
