Adds a Cassette Recorder and 13 Tapes, in which you can customize the sound on! And it does not replace the vanilla dics!

Yoo! I'm not sick anymore and am alive despite my inactivity! Decided to revamp this project!
Changes:
- Revamped Textures!
- Updated to 1.19, but it can still work in older versions! (Note: Does not work beyond 1.16, as that was the command update)
- Fixed a bug that made you prey more decks than the one you wanted, will only destroy the one it is dropped on.
- Managed to negotiate with the deck, now it will, begrudgingly, turn the way the deck was when you insert a tape!
