Wither Storm Weather (fixed file format)

Datapack for Cracker's Wither Storm Mod 4.2.1 & Simple Clouds 0.6.3
It may work for other versions but that is not a guarantee, since
commands may change.

Changes clouds to single mode with weather dependent on the witherstorm phase:

Phase 0 / Dead - itty_bitty
Phase 1 - small_cumulus
Phase 2 - cumulus
Phase 3 - stratocumulus
Phase 4 - stratus
Phase 5 - nimbostratus
Phase 6 onwards - cumulonimbus
