Warden & Guardian Bars

Adds boss bars for the Warden and Elder Guardian.

The Warden and Elder Guardian now display vanilla-style boss bars, allowing players to track their remaining health during combat. The datapack supports multiple boss bars simultaneously, uses the mobs' translated vanilla names, and only displays them to nearby players, preserving the vanilla gameplay experience.
