VISCERATE Custom Loot

Adds custom loot tables to The Lost Cities as well as a couple of structures for my modpack, VISCERATE.
What's new
- Loot rebalanced to make sense! previously, weight values were copy-pasted from a universal loot table. Every table has been individually balanced, so drops are much fairer now!
- Added a few more structures, all containing basic loot until more balancing can happen.
- Added loot to Lost Cities with MUCH better spawn rates!
