This license applies to the Megastorm Minecraft Datapack and its original files and contents.

Permissions

You are permitted to:

• Download and use Megastorm for personal use.
• Use Megastorm in single-player worlds.
• Use Megastorm on private or public Minecraft servers.
• Use Megastorm in videos, livestreams, screenshots, and other content.
• Monetize videos or other content featuring Megastorm.
• Make private modifications to Megastorm for your own use.

Restrictions

Without explicit permission from the creator, you may not:

• Re-upload Megastorm to another website or platform.
• Redistribute the original datapack files.
• Redistribute modified versions of Megastorm.
• Sell Megastorm or charge money for access to the datapack.
• Include Megastorm in a paid or downloadable modpack/project without permission.
• Claim Megastorm or its original contents as your own.
• Remove or alter the original copyright or license information.
• Publish ports, translations, conversions, or modified versions containing Megastorm's original files.
• Upload Megastorm to another CurseForge project or other hosting platform as a separate download.

Content Creation

You are free to create and monetize content featuring Megastorm, including:

• YouTube videos
• YouTube Shorts
• Twitch streams
• Screenshots
• Reviews
• Tutorials
• Showcases

You should provide reasonable credit to Megastorm when Megastorm is featured as a significant part of the content.

Modpacks

You may include Megastorm in a modpack or server setup only when the platform allows the project to be used through its official download system and the original Megastorm files are not separately redistributed.

Do not upload the datapack itself to another hosting platform as part of the modpack.

Ownership

All original Megastorm content remains the property of its creator.

This license does not transfer ownership of Megastorm or grant permission to use the creator's name, branding, logos, or other intellectual property except where explicitly permitted.

Minecraft and related trademarks belong to Mojang Studios and/or Microsoft. Megastorm is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

Third-Party Content

Any third-party content included with Megastorm remains subject to its respective owner's license and terms.

This license only applies to content owned by the Megastorm creator.

Warranty

Megastorm is provided "as is" without guarantees that it will be free of bugs, errors, or compatibility issues.

The creator is not responsible for damage, data loss, world corruption, or other issues resulting from the use of Megastorm.

Permission Requests

If you want to redistribute, modify and redistribute, commercially distribute, or otherwise use Megastorm outside the permissions granted above, you must obtain explicit permission from the creator.
